Terms of use.

These terms are a binding agreement between you and First Works Foundation, Inc. (doing business as "First Works Foundation," "First Works," "we," "us," or "our"), a Florida nonprofit corporation. By using this website or making a donation, you agree to these terms.

• Donations to First Works Foundation, Inc. support our mission and are not exchanged for goods or services except where explicitly stated.
• First Works Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Contributions are tax-deductible in the United States to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not provide tax advice; please consult your tax advisor.
• All donation amounts are charged in U.S. dollars and are processed by Stripe.
• Recurring donations continue on the schedule you select until you cancel. You can pause, change, or cancel a recurring donation at any time through your donor account or by contacting us.

Donations are generally non-refundable. If you believe your donation was made in error or you notice an incorrect charge, contact us within 30 days at Firstworkstpa@firstworksfdn.org and we will review the request in good faith.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You may not use another person's account or share access without permission.
• We may suspend or close accounts that are used to abuse, disrupt, or defraud our systems or community.

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the security or normal operation of this site.
• Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to use.
• Use the site or any communication tools to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content.
• Copy or reuse First Works branding, images, or content in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

All text, images, logos, and design elements on this site are owned by First Works Foundation, Inc. or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share links to our pages; other uses require prior written permission.

This site relies on third-party services such as Stripe for payments and Google for optional sign-in. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices.

This site and any tools provided through it are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Works Foundation, Inc. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, First Works Foundation, Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and volunteers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any donation transaction. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
