• Information you provide. Name, email, phone number, mailing address, and message content when you contact us, sign up for updates, create a donor account, or donate.
• Donation information. Donation amount, frequency, and receipt email. Card and bank details are entered directly into our payment processor and are not stored on our servers.
• Account information. If you create a donor account, we store your email, display name, and authentication identifiers (including third-party sign-in identifiers when you choose to use Google Sign-in).
• Usage information. Device, browser, referring page, and general activity on our site, collected through standard web logs.

• Process donations, issue receipts, and manage recurring gifts.
• Respond to questions, volunteer inquiries, and partnership requests.
• Send program updates and community news to people who opt in.
• Operate, secure, and improve our website and donor tools.
• Comply with legal, tax, and reporting obligations of a 501(c)(3) organization.

Donations are processed by Stripe. When you donate, your payment information is submitted directly to Stripe and handled under Stripe's privacy policy. First Works Foundation, Inc. does not receive or store full card numbers, CVCs, or bank credentials.

We share limited information with providers who help us operate, including:

• Stripe — donation processing and receipts.
• Google — optional sign-in for donor accounts.
• Hosting, database, and email delivery providers supporting this website and donor accounts.

These providers may only use the information to deliver services to us.

• We do not sell or rent donor information.
• We do not share donor lists with other organizations for their marketing.
• We do not publish donor names or gift amounts without permission.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect our forms. We may use limited analytics to understand which pages are visited. You can control cookies in your browser settings; disabling essential cookies may prevent donor accounts from working.

• Email updates. Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
• Recurring donations. Update, pause, or cancel from your donor account or by contacting us.
• Access, correction, or deletion. Contact us to request a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete what we are not required to retain for tax and legal purposes.

We keep donor and donation records for as long as needed to operate our programs and to satisfy tax, accounting, and legal recordkeeping requirements. Contact form messages are retained while we correspond with you and for a reasonable follow-up period afterward.

Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, when appropriate, provide additional notice.
